"I have a gluten sensitivity, so pizza is hard to come by.  I've been on the diet for about 3 years now.  Previous to this, I was a huge pizza fanatic....The gluten-free crust is hands down the BEST I have tasted.  It has a very good texture and it's taste does not overpower the toppings or sauce--it tastes the closest to a good ol' wheat flour crust.  The toppings were VERY good and flavorful.  The cheese is "real" and great.  The sauce is excellent.  A bit of a spice to it, sort of like Round Table but without that too-tangy taste when you get a gobful in a bite." Jon M.

"At first glance, you wouldn't expect much out of a pizza franchise, but to be quite honest, it would be wrong to generalize Extreme Pizza alongside outdated Pizza Hut, Round Table or Domino's. I've tried all four pizza restaurants, but only Extreme Pizza offers real specialty pizzas. Their vegetarian option is ridiculously better than any competing pizza I've ever had. So I have to recommend the "Drag it Through the Garden" or if you really insist on meatier options, go with the "Everest" or a "Yard Sale" for the combination. Fresh basil, cilantro, or celery that is sprinkled on top of their pizzas when it comes out the oven is signature here, serving both as a garnish and a nice fresh compliment to the already thick pizza pies." - Mitchell H.
