If Quora Doesn't Recognize You, Do You Exist?

Quora has become a favorite site of mine.  I understand the reason they aggressively manage users and their messaging.  I have had a number of answers collapsed due to what a Quora admin considers to be an improper answer format.

Currently I am dealing with a full-on suspension of my ability to add questions and answers because Quora does not think I am using a real name.  I am puzzled by why my name has raised this "fake name" flag. 

If someone can tell Quora I am a real person, at least I try to be, I'd appreciate it.
