
Now when you order from GetQuik, you will notice that your order confirmation has a hyperlink at the top of your order "Click here to manage this order."
If you click the hyperlink, guess what? Yup, you can manager your order. Ok, more specifically you can take various action items on your order such as:
- Reorder (duplicate this order),
- Write a Review,
- Add-On Order,
- Change Request Time*,
- Cancel Order*, and
- and Modify Tip**.
The Add-On order feature allows a customer to add items to an original request for an order. The order will be delivered or ready for take-out along with the original order. We will have more on this feature shortly.
* Note for these requests, you can only make these request 30 minutes or more from the order request time. If you wish to cancel an order less than 30 minutes from the order due time, you will need to contact the merchant or GetQuik directly to request this. Also, since a restaurant may be specially preparing your order or need to order special ingredients for your order, these change request time and cancel orders are subject to approval. It is rare that there is any charge for cancellation or change request time requests, but we need to be fair to the restaurants and caterers too.
