Besides working at GetQuik, Qishan is an Internet powerseller. Qishan has experimented with a few different LiveChat services, and he likes Zopim the best.We are trying it out for GetQuik. Qishan is taking charge of the service, but the rest of the GetQuik folks should be helping service the LiveChat feature shortly. We hope that GetQuik customers will find LiveChat a useful communication tool.
We realize having a LiveChat that is oftens times off-line may be frustrating, so we are still in an evaluation stage for the service. We will be adding some quick links, updating FAQ's, and posting GetQuik tips in our blog in order that we can quickly pass links via LiveChat for the more common questions and customer service requests.
