Hey everyone!

My name is Brian, and I recently came on as the newest member of GetQuik. I'm completely new to the Bay Area, and while I do miss my friends, I love it all the same. Who knew there was a place where the sun actually shone past October? (For those out of the loop, I came from Oregon, where fall, winter, and spring are one season known as "rain").

I've got a background in Economics (a degree, you might even say!) and I'm hoping I can apply some of the business know-how to the growth of GetQuik. When I'm not pretending to be a financial genius though, I tend to play video games, listen to music, socialize, and write. I'm working on my first novel - think Kurt Vonnegut, but vastly less skilled. Delivering a message under layers of enjoyable fiction; the best kind of art. I say that not because my skill at painting is atrocious, but because I'm a total book lover. Really, I swear!
